I have nearly 20 years of culinary experience. Part of my training came from the kitchens of restaurants in the Basque Country and London. I am the founder and director of the Aihnoa gelato brand in the City of Querétaro, Mexico. I have also had the pleasure of being a professor at the University of the Valley of Mexico, and since 2019, I have been sharing my passion for cooking through online content and live courses.
